1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zentrivas ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zentrivas is a SaaS platform that helps job seekers manage their job applications, generate cover letters, and automate parts of the application process. The Service includes CV management, job search, automated email dispatch, and application tracking.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to send spam.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service beyond its intended use.
  • Submit false or misleading information in job applications.
  • Exceed your plan's daily application limits through any circumvention method.

5. Subscription & Payments

  • Free accounts are subject to daily application limits.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Email Sending

The Service can send job application emails on your behalf via your connected Gmail account. You acknowledge that:

  • Emails are sent from your connected Gmail address, not from Zentrivas.
  • You are responsible for the content of your cover letters and CVs.
  • We do not guarantee email deliverability or employer responses.
  • We may rate-limit email sending to comply with anti-spam regulations.
  • You must not use this feature to send unsolicited bulk email.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload (CVs, cover letters). We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
  • Lost job opportunities or unsuccessful applications.
  • Interruptions or errors in the Service.
  • Actions taken by third parties (employers, email providers).

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request data export before account deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Affiliate & Ambassador Program

The program has two tiers. Any registered user may self-enrol as an Affiliate; the Ambassador tier is invite-only and offers a higher commission rate, a custom link, and additional promotional resources. The following additional terms apply to both tiers:

  • Disclosure. When promoting Zentrivas you must clearly disclose the paid/affiliate relationship in line with applicable advertising rules (for example, the FTC in the US and the ASA/CMA in the UK), using a clear label such as "#ad" or "paid partnership".
  • Commission. You earn a one-time commission on each referred user's first paid subscription month. The commission rate is set on your account (10% by default for Affiliates; a higher negotiated rate for Ambassadors). Free signups and self-referrals do not earn commission.
  • Attribution. A referral is only credited to you if the referred person is a genuinely new user who reaches your unique link before signing up. Only one ambassador can be credited per user (first-touch).
  • Hold window & clawback. Commissions remain pending during a hold window and may be reversed if the underlying subscription is refunded, charged back, or cancelled before it is approved. Fraudulent, incentivised, or self-referred conversions will be voided.
  • Payouts. Approved commissions are paid manually. A minimum payout threshold of £50 (or local equivalent) applies; balances below the threshold roll over until met. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.
  • Prohibited conduct. No spam, paid search bidding on Zentrivas trademarks, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, or self-referrals. Violations may result in forfeited commissions and removal from the program.
  • Program changes. We may modify rates, terms, or discontinue the program at any time. Commissions already approved will be honoured.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
